3. Membership and Access
The Site offers both free and subscriber access.
Subscription provides access to governance intelligence briefings and related materials.
Access is personal to the registered user.
Subscription and membership access may not be shared, transferred or redistributed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse or unauthorised sharing is identified.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to:
• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Authorise recurring billing (if applicable)
• Provide accurate billing information
Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Users may cancel at any time through their account portal. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
Because subscription provides immediate access to digital governance intelligence materials, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to provide refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and that provided by email, including:
• Articles
• Intelligence briefings
• Reports
• Downloadable materials
• Branding and design
is the property of Board Directors Hub unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limited personal use for professional reference is permitted.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Share subscription content outside authorised access
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Misrepresent affiliation with Board Directors Hub
We reserve the right to restrict access where these Terms are breached.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
